• Misuse or overload our servers
• Interfere with the platform’s normal operation
• Use automated extraction tools without permission

2. Affiliate links and third-party services

GigTrip links to external services such as Ticketmaster, Omio, Skyscanner, and Booking. We do not control these services and are not responsible for prices, availability, bookings, or cancellations.

Affiliate partnerships may provide GigTrip with a commission at no extra cost to you.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to provide accurate event and travel information but cannot guarantee completeness, correctness, or real-time updates.

4. Accounts

If accounts are introduced, you agree to safeguard your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All design, code, and original content belong to GigTrip. You may not reproduce or reuse significant parts without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

GigTrip is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or issues arising from third-party bookings.

7. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws unless superseded by local consumer protection laws.
